Planning this week has a number of interesting Developments.  Capami have re-applied for permission in the Old Court Area.  New Application around Whitechurch Lodge a protected structure.   MacCabe Durney Barnes Ltd., refused permission for their large application on the Stocking Lane, it looks like a very dense development was proposed.,this may not be the end , as Sequana Assets ltd, appeal the decision to refuse them permission for development on Stocking Lane. (Watch this space).  Aside from this a lot of people adding new houses to their existing house plot.
