Planning Decisions for the last two weeks is very active. When you think that each house extension probably means at least a 50K spend , it is no wonder the economy is booming and the construction area is thriving. Capami added more houses up in Ballycullen and even tried to change the creche into apartments but refused. Kelland Homes still have the right to build 328 houses on Kiltipper Road. The traffic coming out of there will effect many people living in Firhouse especially. When you think the Council want to push the Dodder Cycleway down this same Kiltipper Road rather than alongside the Dodder on CPO’d farmland,seems daft!
