Sorry for the delay on Planning Details due to holidays.  Here is an update for the last four weeks.  The old house St. James opposite the garage was refused permission for demolition.  The garages to the rear of the Applegreen Garage will be demolished for 6 new houses.   Rathfarnham Castle has some more new developments.  There are new large developments on the Oldcourt road.   As well as these there are many new large House developments throughout the county. This is to be welcomed as we try to catch up on the lack of construction over the last 5 years.  We just need to make sure our Council and the NTA are planning for the movement of the people who will live in these houses and those already in the area faced with traffic congestion every morning and evening.
