Many of the larger developments recently go up to a third level to increase the overall square footage of the house without increasing the Ground-space.    Will this be the development of the future?    We all hope that our planners are being more vigilant this time around.      It concerns us when we see most appeals against planning are granted either by Bord Pleanala or by the Council!!!
