You can see examples of the classes/courses I teach here below:

Open Hatha Flow Tuesday Evenings 7 – 8.15pm
In this class we focus on the relationship between the body and the breath, helping you to develop both flexibility and strength whilst introducing mindful concepts and relaxation.

Mindful Morning Flow
Wake up your body with some mindful movement and get energised, open and focused for they day ahead!

Stretch and Recovery
Do you work our regularly and are looking for space to help your muscles recover? Do you work at a desk all day and looking for ways to ease that tension around the shoulders and hips? Join Stretch and Recovery for long held stretches and self directed massage that will help release deep set tension and aid in muscle recovery.

The Deep Release
This course will help you release deep set tension in your body, as well as cultivating body awareness in stillness and connection to body and breath with the help of Yin yoga practice and Myofascial Release Techniques.

Yinto the Moment
A monthly 2 hours extended Yin Yoga Practice designed to give you that much needed break in the middle of your busy week! Yin Yoga is a style of yoga where poses are held for 3-10 min. This allows the muscles around the targeted area to relax and a deep stretch to form right into our connective tissues.

Yoga Nidra
This practice brings you into a state of deep rest, where you are in that space between awake and asleep. All you need to do is to lie down in a comfortable shape whilst you are guided through a meditation.
